Meet the Bugyman Team

Our Mission

Bugyman’s mission is to provide effective and reliable pest control services to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. The Bugyman Exterminators have carefully developed their service programs to protect the health and well-being of our clients by eliminating pests in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. We believe in building long-lasting relationships with our clients based on trust, honesty, and exceptional service. With our team’s combined 80 years experience, our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations and create a pest-free environment that promotes a healthy and comfortable living or working space.

In Memory of David Allan

David began providing pest management services in March of 1996 after establishing the business name as The Bugyman Exterminators. By 1999, The “Bugyman” expanded its business by employing there first full time employee. From 1999 through 2013 The “Bugyman” has expanded its work force to seven employees.

David passed away on May 17, 2019. The world lost a beautiful soul that day.  He may not be physically in the office but he is our hearts and minds every day.  He has taught us well, he would be proud.

Peggy Adams Owner Bugyman

PEGGY ADAMS

Business Manager

Peggy has been with The Bugyman Exterminators for 24 years and holds a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license and an Associate’s degree in Business Occupation. She firmly believes that what sets Bugyman apart is the focus on top-notch customer service and educating clients. Peggy’s proudest accomplishments are her three kids and six grandkids. She’s also a cancer survivor. In her free time, Peggy loves hanging out with family and friends, enjoying Italian food, and spending time with her standard poodle.

Nicole Galindo Office Manager Bugyman

NICHOLE GALINDO

Customer Service Representative

Nichole has been with The Bugyman Exterminators for 17 years and brings a friendly, dedicated approach to helping customers with any issues they may have. She believes that what sets Bugyman apart is the personal connection—taking the time to get to know the customers. With a background in customer service that started when she was 18, Nichole enjoys interacting with clients, whether over the phone or in person. Outside of work, she loves traveling, spending time outdoors, camping, and fishing. A fan of pizza and burgers, Nichole cherishes time with her two boys and values family above all else.

JERRY GUTIERREZ

Field Representative

As a Las Cruces resident of 35 years, coupled with 19 years experience in pest control, Jerry has a great understanding of the pests in the area. Jerry takes great satisfaction in knowing that he is able to help clients in dire situations, such as Roach infestations. He believes that educating clients is a valuable tool for customer satisfaction, and knows that ongoing communication is vital to forging a longstanding relationship between Bugyman Exterminators and their clients.

In his down time, Jerry enjoys: fishing, camping, gardening, watching sports and walking his dogs.

Michael Sutton

Field Representative

As a proud graduate of Las Cruces High School, Michael signed on with Bugyman Exterminators nearly 12 years ago and handles residential and commercial pest management, rodent control and specialized services.

Michael is a car enthusiast and enjoys working on old Mercedes. He enjoys riding BMX, and relaxing with friends. Mike went to DACC for an auto mechanic degree. He is married to fellow exterminator Danielle Sutton. They have two small dogs & two cats.

Quinn Perry

Field Representative

Quinn has been with Bugyman Exterminators for four years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in treating everything from common pests to more challenging ones like German cockroaches, fleas, ticks, and bed bugs. He believes that great customer service and quick response times are what set Bugyman apart from the competition.

Outside of work, Quinn loves traveling, camping, and spending time with friends, family, and his dog. His go-to meal is a ribeye steak with grilled veggies, and on his days off, you’ll often find him relaxing with his impressive record collection.

Jessica Christine Telles

Field Representative

Jessica has been with Bugyman Exterminators for two years and loves the supportive work environment, especially how her supervisor genuinely cares about the team. Born and raised in Las Cruces, NM, Jessica enjoys spending her time working and helping others. Outside of work, she loves fishing, hanging out with family, and singing along with her nieces and nephews. With a degree in welding and a big love for dogs, Jessica brings a unique mix of skills and passion to everything she does.
